A trick I learned from a MUA was..when applying liner to your bottom waterline, take a Qtip and swipe it over your bottom lash line to dry it out. Then apply your liner and it will stay much longer bc you applied it to a dry surface. Hope that helps someone!

A beauty hack I've used is using Listerine to get rid of cracked heels! Basically, you take blue listerine, vinegar and I like to throw in a little tea treeoil. Soak your feet and take a pumice stone.. That stuff will rub right off. I did it in video too! Another would be to take a wrinkly shirt, pants. Instead of ironing, throw it in the dryer for 3 minutes. And you are wrinkle free. (Obvious, but many don't think about it. Lol) Last would be to use coconut oil as a makeup remover. I buy a huge jar from whole foods (organic cold pressed) and it will get rid of waterproof, regular eye makeup. Hehe! Love you!

To remove my eye makeup I put a little dollop of vaseline on my eyes and massage gently for around 15 seconds, then wipe off with a damp napkin. Seriously removes any and all makeup from your eyes. I've been doing it for years. Also instead of a spoolie for my eyebrows I use an old clean mascara wand. If I have messed up eyebrow hairs, I spray the wand with a little bit of hair spray before combing them out. Works amazing.

I have 3 that hopefully someone reading this will find useful: 1.) You can mix sugar with vaseline to make a lip scrub 2.) Shave with coconut oil to keep your blades from getting dull. 3.) If your brows are dark/bold enough, gel liner works to fill them in. I use L'oreal infallible in espresso, and I'm never using anything else for as long as they make it. You barely need any since it's so pigmented, and it doesn't run or sweat off. :)

I keep and clean mascara brushes in a zip lock bag, sometimes when trying a new mascara the formula may be great but the original brush may be bad...so having a stash of different brushes you may find one that fits the tube and its a quick fix.

I usually keep the regular bristle brushes, the rubber ones are not as easy to clean because it sometimes bends the bristles. I use a liquid soap, dish detergent works well on waterproof mascara, just make sure to rinse well. If the old mascara is caked into the threaded part of the handle, soak well, soap up and use hot water, and a toothpick will scrape out the gunk. Too much like work? maybe, but that's what works for me.

best video ever! 1.Hairspray on a spooly and run thru brows. Works just as good as clear/tinted brow gel. 2. When you have a cold and have to blow your nose a lot, put chapstick around your nose to prevent the skin for cracking and flaking.

My beauty hack is for falsh lashes without falsh lashes.....apply a good coat of mascara to your lashes, then get baby powder and a q-tip. Dip the q-tip into the baby powder and coat your lashes with powder, then apply more mascara. Repeat if you want thicker lashes xo

I buy baby wipes to remove my makeup instead of makeup removing wipes which are double sometimes triple the price for less product. Also I apply aloe vera gel after I shave to prevent any razor bumps. I'll also sometimes shave with coconut oil and use it as my lotion.

Target has the cheapest makeup remover wipes.. the ELF ones are only a dollar I think... & there's always the dollar store! Try using ponds cold cream for makeup remover, it'll last u forever (longer than baby wipes or makeup remover wipes), it's fairly inexpensive, & it's sooo gentle on ur eyes & skin...

Taking a sewing pin, sticking it in the back of a pencil eraser and using that as make shift dotting tool for nails is my fave :) the end of Bobby pins work great too of course. #beautyhack yesssssss girl! Awesome video!!!!!! 👍we all need more of these in our life!

1. Instead of a hair dryer, try a lighter. lift the broken half of, burn under it and stick together. 2. If your mascara dries out, take some eye drops and drop in! 3. You can use baby powder or talc powder instead of dry shampoo to soak up that grease and to give volume. 4. Instead of curling your lashes you can take the hairdryer from under and let the wind set your lashes in a curl. 5. You can use hairspray to set your makeup or just eyebrows.. 6. You can use coconut oil for your hair, cuticles, lips, skin, makes it super soft.

If your mascara dries out, it should be thrown out, because unless you left it open for a long time, drying out means it's past its expiration date. Mascara should only be used for 6 months max before you replace it, because the constant in and out of the brush introduces bacteria every time, which can get into your eyes.

I'm pretty sure I've read that you shouldn't use hairspray to set your makeup. It has extremely harsh chemicals in it that can dry out skin and cause blemishes.

I put Coconut oil on my legs before I get into the shower, do everything in the shower I need to then shave my legs..so soft and moisturizing. Also apply to my hair an hour or so before shower to let it soak in then wash and rinse as usual. Makes hair super shiny, soft and moisturizes as well. Coconut oil is amazing! Make sure it's organic coconut. Got mine at Walmart for around $7.

pure lanolin is the best moisturizer for the lips, or even those dry patches on the face, it can be bought on the drugstore as nipple cream and the tube will last you for a solid year. also you can use your own mascara wand as eyelash curler, while applying and wiggling it to the lashes act as if you are trying to bend your lashes towards your crease. one thing I particularly do whenever I apply just a tiny bit of makeup is to take like a bruised pink blush, the warm toned ones that are pink but tends to red (for example "pinch me" by MAC), and I apply a tiny bit of it on the bridge of my nose and the apples of my chick to make it look like I have been sun kissed, it gives kind of doll effect to face. For someone more tanned it looks lovely a very warmed toned brown. also you duble the pink lipstick as blush when in a hurry. those are the ones I could remember hahaha

If you have a broken eye shadow or powder, put the pieces in a ziplock baggy, take a spoon and crush up the broken pieced into dust, then poor it back into the container. Drop some rubbing alcohol droplets in the dust mix it around, then take your spoon and smooth it out evenly and let dry for an hour. Then take a tissue and lay it on top of powder and rub very gently with a spoon. Then let dry overnight and your product is as good as new again! i do this literally all the time and it works perfectly

When my liquid liner dries out, I clean the brush and use it to do nail art for my nails. Just use nail polish remover to clean it after and you can keep using it until they get worn out. :)

Great video, and I'm loving all of the comments! The only "beauty hack" I can think of that I haven't seen on here yet is whenever your skirt/dress is clinging to your legs and you don't have a slip or something to put underneath it, just spray some hairspray up underneath and onto your skirt/dress and fluff it up, and that gets rid of the static and it won't cling to you anymore! :)

guys dont do this!! vaseline weakens the lashes and wont help them at all! you can dothe seletape but its bad for your skin as you are putting the tape on the thinnest skin on your body and pulling it off. instead used something with a flat edge. the acid in lemons can damage and dry out your skin and may even give you rashes if you do it during the day with sunlight. if youre going to do this, do it at night and be very careful and gentle.

When traveling, and it's extra hot (which makes my skin and hair more oily) in a pinch I have used hand sanitizer on my bangs and around my front hairline to make my hair look less greasy. It really works great, not only is it cooling but it dries fast, and I always have a small bottle of it attached to my purse.

When painting nails, while waiting on them to dry if you mess one up, lick the messed up spot and it'll pretty much go back to normal. Works best if you apply a top coat after, the top coat will completely camouflage the mistake. And no you don't taste the nail polish

Another place I love to spray my perfume is on the back of my neck and on top of the back of my hair(if that makes sense). And the reason this is a must(when you want to leave the trail of goodness wherever u go) is because when u walk by someone, the perfume is all you smell! Also, I before there was brow gel, I would take my old toothbrush and spray it with hairspray and use that to set my brows. Or if I was out of hairspray, I would use hair gel :)

When you break any kind of face powder ( foundation, bronzer, blush, etc.) or powder eyeshadows: gather as much of the broken powder back in the pan, add some alcohol until you're able to stir it, then press it into place (using coins are great for some items) until it looks nice and smooth. Let it dry over night and voila! The alcohol evaporates leaving you a perfect powder once again! :)

My favorite beauty hack especially for summer..everyone hates dull razors! I put out a bowl big enough to sit the head of my razors in and leave the handle out, then pour just enough baby oil in the bowl to cover them to the top of the razor head, recommend doing this the night before shaving. 12 hours later your dull razor will be like new again! I have a bowl sitting on my bathroom counter with 2 razors and baby oil. It never moves that's how in love with it I am! I'd recommend the j&j brand if from the US because the bargain brand I feel doesn't work as well it still works its just Johnson & Johnson has that extra UUMPH

If you are prone to puffy eye lids or eye area place a frozen spoon on your lid for a few seconds and reduce swelling I do it after I put on eye cream since eye cream plumps the skin

I use the SoftSoap Coconut Body Butter Body Scrub with the beads in it to put onto my legs before I shave them,and then rinse it off before I shave. And I use the Venus Spa Breeze blades with the built in shave bars and it makes my legs very soft and there is no small hairs left behind. It makes sure all the hairs are taken off because the exfoliating beads really make the hair stand up and it gets a closer shave.

Xvirgin olive oil to remove make up, save your old mascara wands, wash them good & use for eyebrows or separating eyelashes when applying mascara. I save an old mascara wand & when I'm coloring my hair, I use the wand to brush hair color into my brows. Just be careful not to get the wand to goopy, hair color in the eyes is never a good thing. My eyebrows are light & this helps them match my hair better.

I do the mascara as eyeliner one. Savior when I'm lazy and just going to school for one class. Also, I flip my bobby pins upside down when I used them so the bumps face toward your scalp. They tend to hold longer. This is for hair rather than makeup but I will wash my hair at night and then put it in two moderately tight piggy tail braids and sleep with them in. Take the braids out in the morning and it's a nice wave (avoid brushing which will cause the wave to become frizzy)

If you get a run in your nylons, don't throw them away. You can cut the tights in strips (thick or thin) and stretch them out. They will roll up and look like hair ties. Because the fabric is so gentle, they won't snag your hair or put bends in your hair.

I recommend using any oil besides baby oil, haha. Baby oil is pretty much a liquid petroleum and has no health/beauty benefits. Using another oil like the very popular coconut oil would be SO much better for you than using baby oil.

I thought of another one! crush up a aspirin in a cup, add a few drops of visine and apply to a stubborn red pimple. The aspirin helps the swelling go down and the visine helps clear up the redness.

If you have oily eyelids and you're not gonna wear eyeshadow, use an eyeshadow primer (my fave is UD's) and then set with powder and your lids will stay matte for a really long time. Also to keep concealer from creasing, take a piece of tissue and hold under your eyes over the concealer and the concealer will not crease. And if you have dry skin, mix a foundation with your favorite moisturizer for a bb cream.

After you spray your perfume on your body dont touch it! By rubbing it or even patting it will bruise the fragrance notes and make them not last as long! My fave beauty hack is baby powder as a dry shampoo! The scent is clean and you dont breathe it in while applying it!

I put Vaseline all over my nails if I want to do a manicure but don't want to/don't have time to do the entire routine of putting them in warm water to soften them. Vaseline makes the nail bed softer and it becomes so much easier to push back the cuticles or file/buff the nails. I also use Vaseline as a cuticle cream.

Use toilet seat covers to blot the oily areas on your face!! I even took a couple from a public restroom, and cut them up into squares and I use them all the time.

I have a beauty hack you forgot to upload along with perfume when you spray your wrist never rub perfume together it's crushes certain scents (if that makes any sense but you know what I mean ) and it causes perfume to fade quicker and we all don't want that right You should try that Nicole I took a perfume class and was schooled on that 👍👋👋😘

With the vaseline for your feet, wearing socks really help keep them soft. But if you already have cracked or dried feet, you can also rap your feet in a bag!!! Yes I said a bag, I actually use the hair dye bags (which I over bought when I dyed me hair and only used one) anyways just rap your feet in that, then wear your socks over that then go to sleep.

After you paint your nails, leave them in freezing cold water and it'll make your nails dry faster, I do this all the time I drop ice into water and put my nails in them . You can also leave your nail polish in the refrigerator 10 min before you use it to make it go on your nails smoothly 😊😊💕

Vic's vaporub on the bottom of your feet then socks on will help suppress a cough at night. Extend the life of s container of loose powder by adding a little baby powder or cornstarch. If ut becomes too light, just scrape some eyeshadow or pressed powder in it.

Have oily skin? Is your foundation sliding off? I recently discovered this by accident, so I am not sure how it will work for everyone. I was preparing my face after cleaning it and meant to use my Lush spray toner, but grabbed my Urban Decay de-slick setting spray instead. Oops. I wasn't going anywhere special so decided to roll with it. My foundation lasted twice as long as it usually does! It kept my oily skin at bay for a while. Still on the search for the foundation that will not either dry out my skin or slide off my face before lunch.

I use the Lush Tea Tree Water Toner and Urban Decay De-Slick setting spray and I have been using Revlon Color Stay foundation (oily/combo) for a year now and it's literally the best foundation I've ever used! This whole combination works wonders. I used to get super oily but now I don't ever set my foundation and I don't get oily throughout the day anymore! Hope this helps!

Mariah Pena I seem to have an ongoing issue with Revlon. I have really sensitive skin and am allergic to everything under the sun. I like Revlon, but it dries my nose out BAD. Any "oily" skin foundations make my skin on my nose peel as if I just recovered from a sun burn. I exfoliate 2-3 times a week to keep it under control. After I peel I am an oil slick for a few days. lol

If you run out of eye makeup remover. You can use coconut oil or olive oil. Rub it around your eyes and the wipe off with cotton pads. The oils will break down the makeup so you can wipe it away easily without irritating the skin. Be sure to follow up with face wash.
