I love your perspectives and find you very relatable on a lot of topics. I am totally the same way with baby sleep. When I see people talking about sleep methods and schedules and products I feel so overwhelmed. We just share a bed and figure it out along the way. I just listened to your first episode and you talked about how a lot of people ask how you're always so calm/ everything is clean/ food is so healthy and to be honest, I've never gotten those impressions because I think you've always made yourself very relatable. Don't get me wrong- you do have a very calm presence, your house is gorgeous, and I love your food lol, but I never feel like you're putting on a performance for KZbin the way lots of family vloggers do. Anyway, I've been a viewer for quite a while and love your relatability and cooking videos.

I found this so helpful to listen to! I’d love to hear more in depth about your experience with getting your children to sleep. I’m having a hard time with my 7 month old and his day time naps! Thank you for sharing your experiences

Dear Lisa, thank you for this podcast. It was refreshing to hear other ways of co sleeping and know that I’m not the only one doing it this way. I always was made to feel that I’m doing things wrong by my mother because I’m raising my daughter differently then her and how she raised me and my sister. I love you podcast and your other channel, I connect you and feel that we have so much in common. I’m sending you my love from Australia 🇦🇺

This was really interesting and informative! I currently dont have any babies but I am interested in co-sleeping when I do (it sounds so much easier). My sister went through a similar process she was afraid of co-sleeping because of sids but just could not put the baby down either- the poor thing got so sleep deprived. Its good to hear other perspectives and ways of doing things.

Really enjoyed this podcast, thanks Lisa ! I've always wondered about the practical side of cosleeping as I think I'd be afraid of rolling on my baby (I don't have one yet !) but I do like the idea of cosleeping. I struggle to do anything "by the book" and find you very relatable in a lot of ways. 😊

I’m currently cosleeping too. It was the only way I could get her to sleep and not cry. It’s made life so much better. I’m a bit worried what will happen if she starts rolling though. She’s only 2.5 months now. But I’m worried about the bed being too high if she suddenly starts rolling. How do you prevent them from rolling off the bed?

I have never co-slept - how do diaper changes work? I have always had to change diapers with every feeding.

Co sleeping is just as natural as labor. Currently cosleeping with baby #3. It feels safer to me. If anything happens, i can hear it and respond immediately. My body seems afraid to move when I sleep. I cant bear to be away from baby and she cant seem to bear to be away from me. I love that closness. My babies sleep with me, no matter what people try to tell me. Funny....babies can smell mommy from across a room. She knows where I am at all times. Lol If I walk out, she knows within about 10 minutes or less. Nursed my first for almost 2 years. Second nursed for 2 and 1/2 years. Third...who knows how long she will want to nurse for. Lol
