My biggest tip when teaching people is use the firing range to learn recoil control and practice before ranked. Why walk in cold and figure out that the peacekeeper isn't your gun today and lose 50 RP because of it?

Learning game sense and aiming is 100% better than crazy movement. I still cant tap strafe, but the best movement in the world isnt going to save me from making a really bad play. The amount of teammates ive seen going from walljumps and tap strafes, into a 1v3 and losing is absurd.

My opinion aim is the most important factor in apex. I came up against a horizon who was moving like faide but his aim was absolutely dogshit so I destroyed him

Look algs, they have movement tho, but are focused more on zone, cover, third partyes, not movement good

I have 1k hour in apex, my first fps game. I was frustrated at how bad I was still. It’s like I plateau. I was frustrated at my skill. Took a break from S19. And came back s20, all of a sudden my game sense became really good, I was able to do wall jump in fights, utilizes grenade, and clutch more fights. It’s crazy how much I improved from taking a break.

Ring consoles my friend and also a little tip if you don’t have a controller legend, the second ring starts to pull to the part of the first ring where it touches the zone, so when zone two is closing you can see that one point of the ring is touching zone, and it will always pull to that point, it does sometimes pull away from that position but that’s only the last ring

Bloodhound is the better legend for all around team play. Mirage to me is more fun for pubs though
