L-Arginine can definitely increase human growth hormone production and release, plus it helps dilate blood vessels which can lower or stabilize blood pressure to some extent and often helps to overcome Ed issues

I really needed to watch this video. I have been experiencing some very excruciating pain in my knees. I use to jog a lot years ago, and was told the long term running caused a lot of wear and tear on my knees. I went to an orthopedic specialist and he recommended an injection in one of my knees to stop the pain, but after three months, the pain returned.

Fasting can also be very helpful as it reduces inflammation and stimulates autophagy as well as priming the muscles and other key tissues to effectively utilise the nutrition you consume when you break your fast.

I love running but it was always painful, so I’d stop as soon as I started to build up endurance. A few months ago I decided to start again, I’ve been eating healthy over the past year and I wanted to work on my fitness. I started drinking bone broth after my runs and workouts. Yes I’m still sore but it’s the good kind of sore that lets me know my body is changing.

Hi Ryan! Thank you for another excellent video. Are you familiar with using Boswellia? Just started using an excellent anti-inflammatory product with Boswellia in it and some other great all natural ingredients, recommended to me by my functional medicine Dr. Its truly been a Godsend for me! 😊✌❤

Hi Allison, yes boswellia or frankincense is incredible for reducing inflammation. There are so many powerful herbs out there, it's hard to refine them all into these short videos. But thank you so much for sharing your experience, i'm sure many other viewers will find this helpful! 💚

Why can’t we directly eat walnuts without soaking it. Thanks 🙏
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies2 жыл бұрын
Hi Shad, walnuts contain phytic acid. Although it's not harmful, it does block your body from absorbing certain minerals like zinc which are needed for healing. Soaking them and drying them out, germinates the seed and then this removes the phytic acid. Making it a superior health product, as opposed to an ok one.

Why would you tell people that omega 6's are bad for the joints?
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies5 ай бұрын
Because having too many omega 6-s directly contributes to inflammation in the joints. (other than GLA). Omega 3-s help to reduce this inflammation.
