Sorry but you are a bit wrong,I don't see any caste superiority related words in article and whatever he referred is correct ,I am working in government sector since last 10 years ,I have seen it,the candidates who get selected through reservation over merit carry attitude problem towards work,the benefits of reservation is mostly reaped by children of those who already are well established ,those working at 4600/4800/5400 grade pay position how can they be economically backwards,their children have all the facilities still they enroll their children in category rather than going for general class,whereas the real beneficiary has to be the fourth class employee ,those housekeepers their children are real aspirants who need push and support, every one knows the reality but keep digging past won't help anyone,one must know that by ones hardwork obc reservation is almost gone now ,the cutoff of OBC and general category is almost same now and so no one talks about it anymore,,,in my opinion now now creamy layer limit has to be lowered till 3-4 lakhs not 8 lakhs because the real needed beneficiary lies under 3-4 lakh limit criteria.
