Love all of these. I am faithful at doing face yoga everyday. As well as daily workouts, eating well and drinking lots and lots of water. I am struggling with a saggy neck. It’s not bad but bad enough that it bothers me. I am only 52 yrs young. I take very good care of myself. Very cautious of what I eat and where it comes from as best as I possibly can. What can I do to help with that. Everything you show here do I need to do daily? Will that help?
