For legs I used to do that with 4 in-line skates, it's a killing exercise! Wheels offer NO friction so you have to put more strength as you'll feel like sliding on ice! My abs were on fire !

Hello, I've been trying to use the sliders for abs workout. I have been using a mirror to make sure my back is flat and I still don't feel like I'm working my abs at all. I just feel my shoulders and arms working and they eventually give out. What am I doing wrong?

They do have two sides, so depending on how grippy the gym floors are, they could work but again I'm not entirely sure. No worries I will take it easy with my RA I can´t run or jump, but I really love Thai-Chi or Pilates and this looked really nice and dynamic workout. It takes three weeks to change ones routine and I am autistic so it´ll really hard 3 weeks. I wish for round butt and firm core.

@yogiapproved In the first exercise lowering into a chaturanga pushup, I get a sharp pain in the front of my right shoulder joint 1) when I push my left arm forward and put more weight on the supporting right arm, and 2) continuation of that pain when I push up again. What am I doing wrong? I don't normally notice this when I do 2-armed chaturangas in my daily mysore practice.
