I have found that the *Furminator Brush* works great for getting all that shedding topical & undercoat. Far easier to clean than the brush you showed too. However, it is a good idea to have both types of brushes, to compliment the grooming of hard to get at places. Where one brush does poorly, the other will do great.

You also require a blanket scented with the mother golden retriever's smell before you get a new puppy from any dog dealer. This is done in order to keep the puppy calm for the first few days before it adapts to it's new home, so you wanna make sure your puppy does not cry. This is a natural phenomenon for all golden retrievers and labs because they are so close their family that when you hold them apart, they would feel uneasy. We just got our golden 2 weeks ago, he is 10 weeks old we are working on the potty training. We had a golden for 16 years when he passed away and I waited 3 years before getting another. So we are starting all over, I so don’t remember all this puppy stuff with Jayk, but our new boy Barklee is making us feel like new parents again!!! Crate training is going good, we finally figured out to wear his happy little bum out before bed making life much easier!!

Soccerdan1 On Fortnite yes he is a handful, he will keep you up at night with bite marks on your hand and will pee and poop a LOT, make sure you are totally ready for this. my 2 1/2 year old son is easier than him.

I had a golden years ago but my ex killed him because I wouldn’t come back to him . He stalked me & the children . I was devastated. The Police couldn’t prove anything because he just said “ CHIEF “ had ran away . My kids besides one ( who passed away ) are adults now but my 12 year old son never got the joy of knowing how sweet , smart , and loving they are ! So I brought Maximus “ Max “ home today and we are joyfully over the moon !!! I pray he lives beyond the suggested life span ! He’s a dark golden 9 weeks old & a big chunky boy already ! I love him

*14th thing to do* If you have a female, _you have to be especially careful of Urinary Tract infections._ These happen when the hair around the vaginal area is damp, and all puppies squat when they pee. But of course the females continue to do so throughout life. *Part of the grooming for a female, should include trimming those hairs that can get moist (peed on), so you don't constantly have to go to the vet because of a UT infection.* ;)

Getting a crate can help with potty training and keeping them safe when you can't supervise them. If you're not keeping an eye on them, they can easily chew or swallow things they're not supposed to, like socks or electrical cords. Plus, with two other dogs, your puppy might like some space that's all theirs.
