A bit sad about Ben's departure from the club, he has been massive for us but to be honest I think he's good enough for at least League 2 competition. And once again even if only watching from the highlight, Max Cornhill really became my favourite player with the effectiveness on his play. Such an amazing player.

Just a comment as a referee: the ref telling the linesman where to point is very common. Actually happens on most calls as its a way to have agreement between both. Usually its a hidden signal with the hand though so people mostly dont notice it

We have to be going into every game and be composed and putting ourselves into these situation we're we are 1 2 or 3-0 up every game. now that probably won't happen because goalscoring is incredibly hard as we have to face these teams who defend and play in there own way and that's what we have to figure out. Great to see young players getting a platform to move up in the league system and I do get why there is so much vertical movement but I would love if you could talk about the horizontal movement, so many players seem to move sideways (as in moving to teams within the same tier) each season even during the season and I would love to know why.

We do discuss this from time to time. Have you seen the squad update? The facts are that a) most players aren’t under contract so are free to move b) most teams are constantly shifting in terms of budget. So mid season some teams cut budgets and some increase them depending on position. Unlike the Premier League there’s no money for finishing mid table. With us, players tend to move more because of a lack of game time.
