Excellent montage! It was readily apparent the sparring sessions were not about winning or posing, but of give and take, adding to what was lacking or misunderstood.

When I was 18 in the 80s, I was in the Marines taking Shotokan karate getting beat up with no protection lol. My body hurts now just thinking about it.
