He attacked the mother during a prison visit. She says she knows he will kill her if he ever gets out. The mother is just as crazy but in a different way. Sick!

Charity also has another son, a little boy named Phoenix. She said a couple months ago she’s cut ties with Paris and had permanently closed the ella foundation. For about 13 years she ran the ella foundation as a way to honor her daughter and to help other families. Another fact to add to this case, ella was born at home, she was also killed in the same bed she was born in. This actually happened on 2/4, not 2/5 💜 Paris has his parole hearing on 2/4/27.

Oh wow, this is the first time I'm hearing about Ella being assaulted in that way before he killed her. I also didn't know he did this because the mom relapsed. The 911 call is so messed up, he was pretty believable. Ugh this is even worse knowing he did that to Ella first. This is so incredibly twisted. He's only three years younger than I am which is so crazy to think about. When he was 13 committing this murder, I was 16 getting my braces off and learning to drive. I can only imagine how the babysitter feels knowing Paris did this after she left. There's no way this guy gets out. He's too far gone. How unfortunate he will never be able to use his genius mind for something good :-/.

I believe he did not kill his Mom because of the physical effort required to kill someone, not that he had second thoughts.

I watched an interview with him and apparently he didn't kill the mum because he wanted to hurt her. He said killing her daughter would hurt the mother more than killing her

@@Strawhalo I think you missed the point when he said it would be hard to kill her. He probably had some trouble killing a little girl and knew it wouldn’t be as easy to kill a full grown adult woman. Maybe the mom would have ended killing him in self defense and he may have feared her.

I remember going to a lecture by a retired FBI Agent and during the lecture he spoke about various criminal activities perpetrated within the home and discussed child safety. At one point he said that when you leave your children's care to the charge of another person the least (least) you can expect when you arrive home is that they are still alive. I was taking notes in shorthand and, afterwards, when I read it back to other people in attendance that night they said they hadn't noticed he was that specific and were obviously aghast because many of them employ babysitters.
