16 yr old Ethan Couch labeled as "Affluenza Teen", drove drunk with 7 friends and ended up crashing into several vehicles, killing 4 people. The judge ended up sentencing him to 10 yrs probation, with no prison time to be served. This caused an absolute outrage by the victims' families. The judge labeled Ethan as a teen who was never taught right from wrong, therefore, he was only given probation. In this video, I visit the accident scene which left the 4 people dead.
If you have any suggestions for any crime locations, infamous crimes or infamous people you want me to cover, (mostly around WA state as that is where I live but any state is fine) send me a message on facebook or instagram @ infamous crime locations.
Thank you for checking out my channel. If you enjoy crime related content and especially seeing me go to where these crimes happen, definitely subscribe and hit the bell to get notified of every new video. And as always, my name is Harmin and thank you for watching.

The judges are running the country, and that covers a lot of territory by judges, from state to Federal. This was a state crime and this would have to be done on a state by state basis, Texas, like Florida is a conservative state so it would be excellent for the Texas legislature to implement a process where a judge like this could be reviewed by a panel and forced to defend his decision to a grand jury environment and the grand jury would vote whether the judge acted appropriately or recklessly and incompetently and then be able to penalize this judge and open this judge up to lawsuits, should this convict violate the terms of the 10-year probation, drive drunk again and hurt or kill more people. right now judges, like prosecutors are protected by sovereign immunity and they hide behind it to play they're far left games where they often like this, show complete disregard for the well-being of the communities because they are anti jail activists on the bench and within prosecutor's offices. If they had the possibility of being defended in lawsuits, we would see more conscientious judges and prosecutors. This is getting way out of hand and the systemic problem is with judges and prosecutors.

My friend had a accident when he was 20. Had a sip of alcohol. Barely detectable on the blood drawn at the hospital. Went around a turn and hit gravel going the speed limit. The car swung and the back end hit a telephone pole. Killing our other BFF instantly. Instead of putting that friends parents through a hearing. He went to jail for the amount of time the judge decided on. My friend that passed knew it was a accident and didn’t want him to go to jail. It was just a horrible accident and because he was under age and had alcohol in his system he paid for it. It was sad for everyone. Makes me wonder why in the world that guy got away with what he did.

Your right it makes me mad, the parents really knew how to raise a child, give him everything, and help him out with getting away with murder. If they felt he hadn't been raised right ,why didn't they take him away from the parents? A made up disease, to keep this little -----from going to prison, sounds like the judge was on the take. The whole family was nuts, his father was picked up for posing as a policeman. The mother fleeing the states to protect their no good son. A lot of kids running around with affluenza now days, we just call it drunk, and drugs.

This reminds me of my uncle who was killed by an 18 year old drunk driver, (who was so drunk he almost fell asleep behind the wheel) speeding away from police after stealing a truck. He had 2 accomplices, 1 also lost his life, the other became physically disabled. He, himself was unscaled and tried to run away. His punishment...18 months rehabilitation. RIP to all the victims. I'm surprised they didn't get the F.B.I involved as this is someone who belongs in prison for life. Even though his parents didn't teach him he went to school he knew right from wrong and that is all B.S.

I'm usually the one to say "Don't blame the parents, they can't help sometimes how their kid turns out". This case screams parental misguiding all the way from the start of them letting a 16 year old drive their new truck, down to using their richness and mom fleeing with him and letting him drink.

Affluenza??? That shouldn’t have stuck due to the fact a lot of his actions showed that he was fully aware he committed crimes. He took his parents truck when he knew they wouldn’t be home, he snuck & stole the beer from a store and after crashing he tried to run away from the scene to save himself. It’s ridiculous to say someone is too rich to know right from wrong, that means he was raised wrong and he should still be at fault.

Ethan may not be so lucky next time.
