Disagree with the interrupting... Purposely interrupting can come off as posturing and selfish, especially if you then won't let others interrupt you it's hypocritical. I find the most powerful conversations are when it feels as if someone has patience and great consideration for your words and responds with utter respect. I think being interruptive and aggressive can be misconstrued as power but to people who are mindful and courteous it can be extremely off putting...anyone else have thoughts on this?
