' yeaa that right... both digital camera and cellularphone cameras are big different electric design systems... digital camera can change len from low zoom to high zoom with auto or manual... cellularphone camera cannot change len and not manual

Yes. Most phones have fixed zoom, but the camera can physically move it's lens to change the focal length ( zoom )
