Check the brake pads they get loose in the caliper. That sound you're talking about did it in my honda crv. Mine did it when I was in reverse braked then put it in drive and it klunked.

The clinging noise probably is not from the motor nor the mounts, I have the 03 element too. I think the noise is from bushing !!! I think...

I just installed innovative motor mounts on my 04 Tl and I have mad vibration when I step on the brake but when I put it in neutral it's goes away ... 🙃 shit... any help u can throw this way .....

No movement at all for me. I noticed there was a breather tube on the valve cover that was open, I don't know if there's supposed to be a hose to it 🤷🏻‍♂️
