Street Racing in the MIDDLE of the DESERT!

Street racing out in the desert has been a hot spot for cash days lately, and we love it! It’s awesome being able to get race after race off without interruption, because that means we get to witness the racing AND get home in time to sleep! For this cash days event, there weren’t as many cars out as we had hoped but the caliber of cars that did make it out was INTENSE! Thankfully the crazy high powered pair of GTR’s put on a wild show while also avoiding a near collision, but it gave everyone a pretty good scare. Hopefully this badass night out in the desert keeps you on the edge of your seat!

@@TattedYoshi is that why the v8s still rule the strip? The reason they are “faster” is they can hook up. They have awd that gives them better traction and inherently better launch. It is not necessarily more power it is putting it down better. That is why the gtr is so successful in street racing. They often lose in roll racing although there are a few out there that are fast as hell. Just because they win a few races does not make them inherently great. They do lose.

@@aussie2uGA some of these events are reasonably well organized. They're a little more in line with, "you're responsible for yourself" In regards to strict safety standards like a track might have. At the end of the day though, they're a big family/community and definitely take care of one another especially in the event of an accident. It's obviously not ideal but I think that's part of the appeal to a lot of the racers who participate. It's a bit lawless, run what ya bring and hope you bring enough.

Starting to notice every time the Grey GTR meets the Blue GTR, the grey britches up. The Grey will jump and give the final race to the blue. When they race each other the grey will have an issue which gives the blue the final race. They are boody buddies and probably run the same setup. Something going on so keep an eye.
