One thing unlike a lot of the last decade of celebs, he has never gone away. He never makes a massive effort to be seen to the masses, but he is still around. Some people need to get a life, he's been classed as homophobic and racialist when in fact he was neither it was all part of an act at the time. there was a report of him not doing a show which included disability jokes because there were disabled people in the front rowe audience for this he was classed by some as a coward. Some people have a weird way of interpreting a situation. He's a class of comedian like so many others who are good because they poke fun at themselves and when the time arises they decide that they cannot do or use an intended script as it may upset certain members of an audience, that's not cowardice that's called simply being observant and considerate, but the pc brigade wouldn't know this would they? for instance Chalky character was based on someone he knew but he never identified that person. If you wanted a case for homophobic or rationalistic issues no one comes close to the comedian Bernard Manning who in an interview denied being a racist. in the twenty first century society has become to pc so much so that before you say something you have to decide whether or not it would be taken the wrong way which makes the statement freedom of speech obsolete and stupid.
