There are submissions in folkstyle, last season my now graduating son wrestled 172 and is 6'3" , his 5'8" opponent submitted in my kids double leg grapevine

Strange. It looks like Kaden had Jacob in a spadle (spladle?), and the ref's hand was going to slap the mat for a pin, but instead he called an injury time out (not sure if that's what he did). Was this a judgement call on the ref's part? Seems like by continuing the match both wrestlers got cheated - Kaden by losing his pin, and Jacob by risking further injury. Admitedly, I don't know.

Apparently a long covid symptom is that it affects brain function and people are unable to recognize basic details such as the description and what type of mask is being worn.
