I found that the ignition oils fit up next to the windshield wiper motor, then you make more room in the engine bay, and it streamlines the plug leads

I wanted to reuse what I have and have everything close by. I’ll definitely look for better solutions after the car is running. That’s a really good location to add them.

I think you could probably mount the coils on the frame to the side of the engine

Nice work man! Not to be a nag, but don't forget the eye protection with the angle grinder. You only get one set of peepers, protect 'em!

Thanks so much! Means a lot. hahaha Yea. I dip the tungsten a lot, but so glad welding steal is forgiving on that. Aluminum, not so much. I bought the bash bar from Street Faction. Not sure of the thickness, but Ill find out this weekend for you when I go work on the rx8.
