Even poor 130's calf would rather lie in the barn alone than have its mother bellowing in its ear all the time. Made me chuckle when you looked at 130 out in the field and said "Burgers". If I was getting woken up at 1:30 in the morning, I would be having the same thought. 😆

You can get really nitpicky with the smaller limbs to make knobs, pulls, shoohorns, handles, coatracks and other fiddly stuff that WILL sell nicely if made with skill. A bunch of little limbs like that would also be excellent for the rarest creature on Earth: a dollhouse furnisher.

Ian, send me the model and serial number off your machine. I can find the OEM belt number and possibly the specs for it. Then you can go to them and get the proper sized belt based on the OEM specs. Be happy to help you with that. I work the parts counter in my local hardware store and order parts for mowers all the time. Another good video! I am happy to see you are thinking about your guys and safety. You are doing right by them and I hope they do see that. Not everyone thinks about their employees like that!

I believe that the smaller diameters of the Walnut branches would be sought after for custom pen makers for barrels. It seems such a shame to see any of that beautiful wood to be used for firewood.

Hello Farmer P 😊 More babies on the way. Whoopee 🤸🤸🤸💕😆😍. 130 still very vocal. I would have thought her milk would have dried up by now. I guess even cattle have helicopter mums 🤦🏼‍♀️😔 That Walnut is magnificent 🤩. We had coasters made from a native African hardwood tree called Red Ivory. They were really stunning to look at. Just for you, Farmer P, their Latin name is Phyllogeitan zeyheri, syn. Berchemia zeyheri. You can look it up and see how beautiful the markings are 🤗. Super video as usual 👍👌 Many thanks Farmer P. wow that walnut is awesome ..I've used for many years early on in my Job as a cabinet maker .. most of it is used for veneers these days as the cost is 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑 look after it 👍

while we were out today we went to garden center and looked around, then we came across the wood burners and then the fuel for em and i almost choked on the price of some hardwood compressed logs, £34.00 for a box of 10.. 20kg pack... but on a good note, i had a stewed steak and ale stew with new potato's... you know that rich meaty gravy taste... not too peppery not too salty... the steak meat just falls apart in your mouth... and ive got a hot pot full of it for next week lol
