Super helpful for figuring out my COM port baud rate and learning how it works in Code Composer Studio! No idea why, but my MSP430FR2355 was using a BRCLK speed of 1048576. I thought my speed was 1000000, but the error was incredibly high and would desync within 20 or so characters. I see no other reference to the number 1048576 anywhere in the PDFs relevant to my specific MCU.
