Nice catches Keith was a beautiful day out there . One question, is the downhill grade steeper on the west bound side or the east bound side of the summit ? I think that was the first CPKC autorack i have seen as far i can remember. Thank you as always for bringing us this wonderful content.

1. Eastboun BNSF stack train was 117 cars. 2. Westbound Amtrak train. 3. Westbound BNSF stack train was 107 cars. 4. Westbound UP autorack train was 62 cars. 5. Eastbound BNSF stack train was 86 cars. 6. Eastbound UP autorack/stack train was 83 cars. 7. Southbound UP manifest train was 122 cars.

Hey... I have heard that the BNSF Business train should be going up Cajon Pass tomorrow Wed. Oct. 9. Apparently scheduled to depart Hobart Yard around 9:20 am and go on the San Bernardino Sub and then up Cajon, possibly early afternoon.
