@@sonderlingsonderling4738 I'm shirtless because...1) You can better observe the movement of the scapula and the entire spine as I move, providing you with more visual information. 2) It definitely catches more attention. I won't pretend I don't know that. 3) I invite you to think about what triggers you so much that you can't see a shirtless man.

@@SaturnoMovement Okay, thank you for the answer. Nothing triggers me, you misunderstood that. I just noticed that all KZbinrs who have something to do with fitness are topless in all of their videos and that's when I thought about the real situation: I never see anyone without it, whether indoors or outdoors and not even in the summer, at most on the beach t-shirt training and that that is a big difference to the videos

I do the “5 min hip opener” couple days a week and my hips are definitely more buttery on my runs. 😅. Great music in this video!!

This was fairly advanced.. i had to take several breaks. I seem to have a problems with my QL and/or outer upper hip muscles in the glutes area, that fatigue really easily and cause knee issues. This routine really lit up the QL to upper glutes.

Glad you asked Dustin because the team is currently working on it - shooting the final variations of each exercise. You'll have the option to select to do each exercise with bodyweight or weights. Something you haven't seen on any other program in the App ;)

Progressing. . Understanding/feeling many of the poses more now. Both hip and shoulder are a challenge but I feel this is a good fokus. Incorporated with some other dynamic stretching. Thanks
