I listened to your interview on the Rdella Training podcast tonight. I'm just a couple weeks into the simple and sinister program using a 24kg but I'm definitely excited to try some of your workouts down the road. Thanks for all the generous instruction! It is nice to feel so confident learning the techniques and programs from someone like you.

Heya Geoff I've been finding your emails quite informative and useful. When I read this one and just watched the video I'm like, wow, this will be a solid, energy bursting 14 min routine. I'm starting way below your 24's though lol, as I'm not upto that level for this routine, but aim to work up the ranks, so to speak over time. I'm going to squeeze this one into a Sunday workout, and set me up for the week ahead :). Great workout advice, as usual. Have a super weekend. Bless

I want to get back into Kettlebell training, but in two separate occasions I’ve gotten a nasty shoulder impingement that always sets me back 3-6months of lost shoulder mobility

Lovely video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched - Parlandealey Melted Fat Process (do a google search)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to lose fat with an amazing kettlebell workout without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate at very last got great success with it.

Why do so many KZbin videos start with the words, "Hey guys. What's going on?"
