It's actually insane that there was a time respawn removed tap strafe considering in the latest trailers they showed off tap strafe AND wall bounces.

Now all we need is a better implementation of most of the movements techs which for now are FPS bound and have weird internal cooldowns. It need to be implemented in a way where PC and console players can both do these tricks. Even if I always was a PC with kb/m player I wish my console bros to have the same fun with the game ;)

@@attractivegd9531 FPS bound and have weird internal cooldowns - nothing is fps bound and internal slide cooldowns are built into the game on purpose and everyone have them, they should just remove aim assist and give everythink mnk have like move&loot and opening doors shouldnt be the same as reviving and etc, everything else is do-able on controller and if we go all the way, controller already has better movement than mnk even now with the right configuration

Had a lengthy answer that was deleted no idea why, anyway there are a lot of movements that have variable window time depending on frame rate, there is literally a websites made by the Apex community to train hyperglide depending on your fps, good luck bro.@@ValentineNTT

Ong arena was my favorite game mode. It was fun to play when i was tired of playing battle royale. I got better at play battle royale by playing arena because it simulated 1v3 situations

yes they listen when they are LOSING money, not actually when they lose part of the comunity, also, so many little annoying things are way worse than one big annoying thing... like they could fix audio, matchmaking, servers, rather than go full ape into a gold item lol, and in top of that AA being the only input that actually matters makes this game bad asf... Yes keep "fixing" things that like 20 actually people care or cry about like the kraber but let tons of other things that all the actual comunity were asking for many seasons ago...

Nah, what's crazy is how everyone considers living shell an actual gamemode. I'm just confused about the difference between regular trios and the "LTM" besides a grenade item. Oh right, there is none. Gamemode my ass. Hardcore was a gamemode and a fun one at that. Living shell isn't a gamemode and the community is happily eating the shit that Respawn puts on their plate. I think lifeline should get her shield during revive again. Maybe add hp to this shield and enemy can destory it to be more fair? Imo current version is bad compared to newcastle passive. Usually dont help at all.

As for arenas I only played arenas... I left for 3 season and I absolutely hate the new mixtape why couldn't we have kept arenas and added mixtape to the side?

To be fair the iron crown event did have a currency that allowed you to get the skins you wanted, florentines i think they where called, they where Challenge based so it was pretty hard to get Enough for all the skins, but it was there atleast. For me the only change that stay that really annoyed me was when they sorta hinted at future battlepass skins would return in the store, i think up to season 13 they are exclusive and cant bè touched and for that i really greatfull ad it a cool feeling having a season 0 skin that few others have , makes your time playing the game feel more worth it

Does anyone know if it is normal to have pc players in the lobby in control and TDM when playing on console? The only mode in the playlist I get console vs console is gun run. I know in BR you have to join a pc party to get put into pc lobbies when you play on console but lately every time I play control and TDM on console I am being put in almost completely pc lobbies.

I quit apex in season 4. In season 5 lifeline's shield got added and got removed in season 9 I rejoined Apex in season 10. I don't know if I'm lucky or unlucky

Arenas makes me sad it's gone. I didn't get into many hacker or boosting lobbies maybe because I'm mid but hey, I had fun in it compared to control. Dying to preds in pubs is more fun than control.

Regarding the gold knockdown I was kind of bummed out about it at the time as well but thinking back...I'm pretty glad they got rid of it. Not only are the sounds that play after you kill all 3 members of a squad /so/ satisfying but it also got rid of the awkward gameplay of having to chase down every knocked member of a team and risk getting third partied before you could chew through the gold knockdown / awkwardly dance around the shield to kill the person.

Storm Point Keeping Tap-strafe and all that scripted or macros thing Seer nerf till he is useless Adding this last "legend" who have 0 story, 0 personality and OP just because... you know why :) "Emergency balloon" Energy rifle rework Nemesis (which is still OP and had 0 nerfs) Removal of automatic/semi-automatic hop-up And i think golden knock shields just should've been reworked, not removed, maybe HP nerf to the blue level and adding red one with bigger range would've been great.

I do think the Kraber and self-revive changes were needed to help the flow of the game - Kraber still rewards headshots pretty nicely etc. But the fact that they do stem from pros complaining as opposed to the community as a whole is a little scummy.

Whether they complain about something to get nerfed/buffed, creating some random meta that had 1 character/ability you liked that immediately got nerfed, you name it pros ruin it. Pros honestly need to shut up, and game devs should ignore them for most decisions unless they take a community poll. Without casuals pros won't exist. Just see what happened to fortnite, fortnite died because of the pros complaining about the mythic guns, etc. Mythic guns was the reason fortnite season 2 chapter 2 was alive after a long time (since like season 8)
