Necole Bitchie was my favorite celeb news source back in the day! I remember the transition to XO and now that I’m older, I understand the shift so much more and I respect her for it.

I’m late to the party, but this was such an insightful interview. Seeing a side of Necole that many of us didn’t know existed was beautiful. One never truly knows what others go or have been through until we get to experience moments such as this. As always, Rocsi, you were world class. You have great emotional composure and are masterful at getting right to the heart of the information. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I was so interested to see this interview, as Necole is an example of someone making a sharp pivot to integrate their personal evolution in all areas of their life, including business. In some respects, it’s a redemption story. And I think stories like hers, Black Chyna, etc give others hope that as their inner world transforms, they can step into the light and be seen and embraced (and even be even more successful) in this new iteration of their life. Sending so much love to her - I think it’s SUCH a powerful story ❤

I think people forget her platform was very positive at one point before more trashy blogs became popular. Remember WorldStar was popular during that time as well. They were like night and day.

I like Rocsi and everything but it throws me off when she mentions "The Culture" does she mean Black Culture? If that is the case , Rocsi was a vistor of our culture but not a part of it, IJS. I love her culture , the "Latino Culture" but I am a vistor of the Latin Culture not a member. >

But how do you know she was raised in “Latino Culture” through and through. That could have been her at home life and while she was socially exposed to and growing up in/around Black culture. Most of us met Rocsi at 106, but a quick search says that she started in “urban” radio. As far as Hip Hop culture, Latinos are in fact a part of the history.
