Glad to have found your channel. I have a 14 footer from the late 70s. Looking to add permanent seats. Would appreciate a video on installation, if possible. Ours came with the foam stowaway seats. It’s been a great canoe that has seen a lot of water and fish! Enjoy your content!

Mine came with oar locks. I then bought decent oars and I can just about race that canoe with that kind of power all over the lake.

Is it safe to go on big lakes deep waters with a 3 to HP outboard motor in Ontario Canada or can I get away with a 4hp or would I get a ticket cuz Max hp canoe says 3hp Thanx good video cheers

@razah2339 safety basically boils down to water conditions and experience. If the take is rough I stay off. Probably no ticket for 1 hp over however liability issues if something was to go bad. 3hp pushes just fine in my opinion
