I am so amazed by your channel and this video resonated so much. 💗 I have been going on survival mode lately, doing too much and overwhelmed by the feeling that I am not doing enough. This pattern was there for me since my teenage years and now it is coming up again for me to dissolve. However, the fear of failure and not being good enough is just so prevalent. Now I am ready to overcome this and learn how to be even more present in this stressful energy wothout actually running away from it. 🙏 thank you for your support 🙏
