Thank you! I've been looking for this for a couple years. I had thought that the spiritual awakening was something that occurred for most people over a 2 to 4 year span +/-. But as you described Dolores's definition and stages of spiritual awakening, mine started at age 21, I am now 56. And I don't think that I'm unusual in that length of time. Younger generations consciousness has been evolving much more quickly. And not just their consciousness but their overall intelligence, self-awareness, etc. I have a great hope for the future, for your future! 🙏🏼💕

It was great reading your comment, from what I understand it can pretty much be a lifetime journey for some, and for others it happens quite rapidly, and everything in between… some people aren’t able to transcend their egos in this lifetime, it may take several lifetimes. I was told by a psychic that I had been on this journey in my past lifetime but had gotten sidetracked for whatever reasons and was never able to get to where my soul ultimately wanted to get to, so I’m giving it another shot this time around. It’s been a crazy journey, filled with some highs and the lowest of lows. I’m in a pretty good place currently but still figuring things out. ❤

Thank you for sharing! And I second what Kevin wrote - it indeed can be a lifetime journey. But its definitely a lengthy process and there is not “proper/correct” framework and how long it might take. All we can do is just keep moving and evolving and evolving and evolving… 💞

It's wonderful to see younger people teach these very important stages of the awakening process. My awakening started at the age of 51. I am now 58 and realized that through the awakening process, I became a totally different person-or I am now living authentically. I went from a miserable, depressed life to a life full of joyful freedom, peace, and renewed Love for my life. During my journey of seeking, in one of my meditations, I heard a voice say there would be a great awakening, that many of the young people would be activated, and that they would become leaders of positive change on this planet. They will have a heart for service to humanity, guiding us into a new world of harmonious and heart-centered living. I am so excited! Thank You for sharing your work. It was very well done and super informative. I will share this video with others I know who are now starting to experience the awakening process. I appreciate your work, and I can't wait to see more. Great video! You explained everything really well. The only thing I would add is that this process is not linear. These stages can overlap or happen in a different order for different people. Well done!

I wish they taught meditation in school. Imagine how different society would be if we started kids at a very young age.

I SO agree with you. Interestingly enough, i started meditating when i was 10 because of my mom. Through middle school & high school I meditated almost every day. When i was 14 i even started a streak to meditate daily & did it for 2 years without skipping a single day. Then when i was 15 i also did a project in school & made a presentation & flyers to educate teenagers of why meditation is helpful, how it helps deal with stress etc. let’s just say that teachers & parents were impressed, but my peers not so much 😅 but really, as someone who relied on meditation to help me deal with emotions when growing up + exams + stress + helped me cultivate self awareness, i really couldnt agree more with your point.

I send my Godson to a private school in Ecuador….they teach yoga and meditation 🧘I am convinced this will be a part of the New Earth curriculum that we will all co create for these up and coming generations.

Totally! That happens quite often too. I should have mentioned that this process isn’t linear and you could be at multiple stages at once + go back and forth between stages. I mentioned this in my ‘ dark night of the soul’ video but forgot to mention it here. 🙈

Great video. I am now 57 and have been on my journey, consciously, for close to 10 years, it has been rough to say the least… I have been in the Healing phase for quite some time, I’m moving through, but it’s been a long, slow process for sure.
