Hello can you please guide me actually I'm going for an associate degree in USA but my visa would be for 4 years and so as the associate degree is of 2 years I'm going to shift to another university to complete my last two years of bachelor so please can you tell me how to deal with this problem like if she asked like is it okay to say that I will continue my last two years of bachelor in another university? I have graduated from CU too. you can go for transfer programs .... try to contact foreign department of CU they will guide you and help you with the procedures!

These things shouldn't even be in discussion unless the intent of these "students" are those the things you're telling not to say. So basically you know their intent and showing them how to scam the system. In Canada this is a major problem and these visa consultants are a major part of it. Exploiting both parties that are involved, you should be ashamed of yourself.
