I have graduated from CU too. you can go for transfer programs .... try to contact foreign department of CU they will guide you and help you with the procedures!

These things shouldn't even be in discussion unless the intent of these "students" are those the things you're telling not to say. So basically you know their intent and showing them how to scam the system. In Canada this is a major problem and these visa consultants are a major part of it. Exploiting both parties that are involved, you should be ashamed of yourself.
