A couple of summers back, I got into poison oak really bad. So bad that when one of the blisters opened, I got a MRSA infection. Now I keep alcohol, or hand sanitizer handy! It is the only way to get the oil off your skin. Soap will not wash poison oak or poison ivy off your skin. So I keep it on hand all the time! If I go out and it’s even remotely possible to get a cut or scrape, clean it with hand sanitizer. The stuff is really amazing. Thank you Pam! ❤️❤️

If you’re not using a cross cut shredder (basically making confetti) your documents definitely can be put back together. I love this idea!

Great tips to know, Pam. I use a hot blow dryer on stickers and it loosens the glue and I just slowly peel the stickers off.

I just recently came across your videoes, and I've learned how to properly use specific items. The air fresher was surprising to me. I never knew that it has and opening at the top that you pull up. This was the best hack. All this time I was using the air fresher wrong. Thank you!

I actually use hand sanitizer, not as a stain remover (though sometimes it does work) but as like a pretreat to keep the stain from setting in till I can get home to take care of it with better materials because I usually have access to hand saintizer. It does work fairly decent for that.

It cleans but won't sanitize. The alcohol content in hand sanitizer is not enough to kill viruses. It's important to look at the CDC and the FDA w Website.

Sanitizer works for paint on carpet as well. At church we had to paint for setting up next series and my brain took a pause and my shoes tracked paint on the carpet. Spent the rest of time cleaning up my mess 😂😂😂 that sanitizer saved me lol

I kept scraping the back of my leg coming down from the top of a tour bus. I didn't have medicine, so I applied hand sanitizer. Burned like heck (good) and promoted quick healing!

Omg…I’m going to try that on some pharmacy bottles I like. The big ones. I use them for salad dressings for work. They don’t leak, or I haven’t had them leak. But the goo left behind after removing my information is drives me crazy! I used goo off and it didn’t work. I’ll try this. Thanks Pam! And those darn stickers on caps too…omg….ill be happy if this works.. 😀

Thank ypu, Pam! I had a devixe in my Amazon list that inks over your info- this will be much easier! I don't like putting boxes out with my info but struggle to get the info off. I admit...for my shredded paper i turn it into papermache items that i then throw out or use based on the type of paper shredded- if it's something like a bill or letter it gets turned into paper or something else.

I use hand sanitizer on packaging labels all the time. I let it sit for a few seconds, and the ink usually fades away. But sometimes, the sanitizer has to be rubbed if the ink is dark.

On those sticky labels, I used an OLD bottle of Avon bath oil to clean them. But I'm willing to give hand sanitizer a try. I'm also going to try cleaning my eyeglasses and cell phone with hand sanitizer. But hand sanitizer DOESN'T remove all the ink from prescription bottle labels. Do these tips work with expired hand sanitizers or just the newer ones? I like your new channel! Keep up the good work!

Hi Pam! I just found your channel and subscribed. Great video! You can also use hand sanitizer to clean your flat screen TV. Apply sparingly to a microfiber cloth and then rub it on until it disappears. Just like cleaning your mirror, just make sure to apply to the cloth and not directly to the screen. Gives you a nice , clean, streak free screen.

You can also use it to remove ink nd markers from your hands and clothing but you have to use it immediately an then wash the stain with cold water and soap.
