So off what I heard on the news she asked this amazing woman if she was a nurse. The woman said she new cpr . So the police took the girl to the hospital and no charges were filled. The state has a law protecting mothers who give their baby's up to hospitals, fired dep, etc. Im sure to that scared little 14 year old, she made the best choice. This made me cry. My 1st time 'doing it' I got pregnant and had a baby girl at 14. I was pressured to give my daughter up for adoption & at the last moment I decided to keep her. I worked, stayed in school & graduated a mom to a 3yr old. I'm now 41, my oldest daughter is 27 & I'm now a grandma to a 1yr girl😊 I subjected myself to great emotional financial and spiritual struggles, social judgements and challenges. I got no assistance from my family nor did I ask for it. I learned many lessons along the way. Every time I see my granddaughter, I'm filled with joy. Updated: The baby is now fine and with her loving godparents who is this couple! I believe they adopted the baby! The mother did come back and get her baby. She was just scared. It was her and her boyfriend’s first time having a baby. The lady who held her is a registered nurse! God is good!!! This is my favorite story!!!

He just kept saying it over and over, like we were morons who didn’t understand what he said the first 100 times. However this story truly breaks my entire heart as one who can’t have children of my own; that this young lady didn’t know any better to go to a fire station, police station or a hospital to give up her child in a safer manner. I believe the “Safe Haven Law” is in every state (I could be wrong). The baby wasn't crying cause it was dying....it could barely breathe. And that man not telling the full story cause the restaurant got it on tape too. She came in there bleeding cause she just had the baby and the umbilical was still attached to the baby. They girl went into the restaurant asking for help. That's when the lady who you see holding the baby got up and started helping she took the baby after checking it cause apparently the girl wasn't able to that when she walked out...then the restaurant staff called 911. She didn't run 😂

Some can trick themselves into thinking they are fine with it but years later they trace their disorder life to it. Can you imagine carrying your little one to term hoping things will work out for you both and in the end go through labor to deliver your baby and having to give him away because you still are not supported or see hope in your life? She tried but in the end made the heart wrenching decision to separate herself from her child for his sake. If it was for her sake she would have had an abortion. You're right. She was 14. I don't know if they took the video down but she sat down, looked around and then stood up and handed the baby to her. She literally delivered the baby by herself and walked to this place to find someone to give the baby to.

She didn't give birth in a hospital, so how involved do you think her parents were at all? At 14, and running to a stranger for help, shes obviously experienced a high level of trauma. I've had a sister in law who had a baby at 6th and 7th grade and I took custody of her kids and raised them with my 2nd husband. Theres alot that's going on, that's not being discussed here but praise God for the baby to be alive. Now how can we help Mama?

@@77Tadams the problem is this at least as far as I know she could leave the baby at a safe house hospital rescue squad station . leaving her w a Stanger like that is desertion and she can be in a lot of trouble I'd figure away around that for that little mom w a baby if she's ever found ..so sad
