Faye, wouldn’t it also be important to provide for counselling resources to police officers to be able to improve the internal environment - I’d say that having a strong platform or avenue to channelise the negativity, the mental trauma that police offices go through is a start to introducing reform also. A part of the problem is also low salaries.

There are so many people out there to save our democracy, our constitution, our supreme court, our election commission, our RBI, our CAG, our Civil society, most importantly our voice!
