The amount of torque and power that these electric engines can produce is really very impressive, honestly. I don’t really like that EVs are going to be the future because I don’t really like them at all. The amount of power and torque is really impressive like I said and they are capable of some really crazy top speed as well. The ability of these vehicles to apply all of the torque and speed off of the line without spinning the heck out of the tires like many gas powered vehicles is definitely one of the best features about them IMO!

I wasn't shocked by the cost. You'll electrify the crowd as you go charging past them at the get-together. I'm sure most of the comments will be positive too, and nobody will give you any static over the swap from 4-stroke. ;).. Happy Trails.

Hook up regen braking on the rear. then you don't need massive brakes to slow down and it charges the bat at the same time. Might stretch it out and mount the motor to the swing arm, then you don't need to worry about chain tension.

i really am interested in these electric bikes/minibikes. there is a place for them. what i dont like is what to do when the battery no longer charges or loses its punch. the motors can either burn out or outlast the batts, why not a hybrid system like a locomotive. i know thats heavy engineering. Im stil intrigue though.

I asked you on a live a few years back if you'd do electric and said never do electric because it was too expensive But your wife told u to never say never.. I'm still waiting for an electric offraod gokart/buggy

Yeah, the instant power is awesome, it does not last very long/not consistent. and petrol engines power disappears after time too, maybe just have some pedals

Have a question 🙋♂️ I’m looking to install an engine on my new Trail Master Hurricane which is a Stage 4 Tillotson Performance Racing Engine build or get one customer built? my question is how do you rig an automatic start?? Is it possible to do a automatic start in this engine from Go Power sports? Or do I have to find an engine kit with an automatic starter? Looking to do upgrades to get it up to 30HP so any info would be great! Love your Channel you know your stuff thanks my man!

@@bj97301 Maybe, the battery they use doesn't support enough power draw for continuous 20 kW?

How does charging the battery work? Do you have an external power supply that plugs into the battery? Would be super funny if you could fit that under the fake tank and have an adapter so you can charge the minibike at a public charging station next to EV cars😂

Mr. Red Beard, with the utmost respect I would recommend you not call anyone "chicken" on a bike of that caliber. I realize you are just joking around with a best friend who is an adult and an excellent rider, but we're all human and that might inspire anyone to go beyond their level of expertise. Now that we have that out of the way, you should get him in full riding gear and fine tune the motor controllers ramp up rate to accelerate as fast as possible on asphalt or concrete. This takes quite a while to fine tune and may dump him on his ... Several times, but when dialed in, he can hammer the throttle without fear of the bike leaving without him. He ain't no chicken so I'm sure he'll be up for the challenge. Just sayin' ;)
