I think that engine should get amazing fuel mileage! Pulling such a small amount of weight compared to what it normally does. It still manages great fuel efficiency in the Polo TDi or whatever diesel VW this is out of. I also think since it’s meant to pull a car that probably weighs about 2500-2800 lbs then a 300-750 lb. bike should be no problem to lug around. This would be such an amazing build. I imagine would be a blast to ride.

I know little about engineering, but I was very impressed with the hours of work put into this build. I had issues with how things were being put together even thinking this is going to be😊 one of those builds where once the motor, for whatever reason, failed to function, this would then be scrapped. These issues were quickly resolved as you progressed. The fuel economy of this bike would be outrageous, being diesel pulling such a light weight would be very interesting to say the least. Love the workmanship. Very impressed I have to say. I couldn't pull myself away from watching start to finish. A few jobs in my workshop missed being done due to this, I blamed you but my wife said it's not his fault, I however disagreed. Never mind, another day tomorrow.

Cool build. Diesel clatter and turbine whine, that’ll do nicely I bobbed a Yamaha Virago that was given to me. I did forward controls, but since I live in Arizona USA we have a lot of dirt roads with loose gravel and sand, I decided to instal the rear pegs under the gap between the tank and seat so I could go dirt bike and ride standing on the loose stuff. It works really well. A nice side benefit is during long rides it’s a lot more comfortable on the lower back to use the rear pegs.

I agree with all the positive comments. This looks very solidly built and is visually unique! The only question I have is, do you have any concerns with the harmonic balancer being exposed directly behind the front wheel? It seems like you might have an issue with road debris being thrown up by the wheel.

Foot pegs need to be further back like a sports bike, so your leg isn't on the turbo. Egr needs a delete and you need rubber engine mounts

ممنون از اینکه تجربه شگفت انگیز خود را با ما به اشتراک گذاشتید. راستش ایده خوبی به نظر میرسه، البته برای کسانی که قصد دارند مسافت های طولانی را طی کنند. اما برای کسانی که عاشق سرعت هستند، فکر نمیکنم ایده خوبی باشه، مثلا اگر با موتور هایابوسا سوزوکی اون رو مقایسه کنیم، این موتور اصلا حرفی برای گفتن ندارد، بلکه فقط از نظر بزرگی و وزن زیاد رکورد دار خواهد بود، اما از نظر سرعت در انتهای جدول قرار میگیرد. چون توربو با کیپس بسیار فرق دارد. به هر حال تلاش قابل ستایشی بود، ممنون.

The suspension doesn't sit straight, the sump is going off with the first bump available a dry sump would be more effective the air filter could be relocate unser the (tank) as well unless you drive only on the summer? Have you considered an automatic 🤔 gear box? Lots of toque less gear hassle although great project

До первой кочки или ямы на дороге. А потом всё масло из двигателя на дороге останется, вместе с кусками поддона. Я понимаю, двигатель большой, как то разместить его надо, но защиту поддона надо делать обязательно. Иначе это бесполезная работа.
