From street to +200mph half mile records to roll racing to drag racing records to event wins! What an epic story of Myles Kerr Acura Integra known as the “Gringotegra” who this past weekend became the fastest Acura Integra with a 7.71 @ 192mph. TX2K was the proof Myles needed not only to show the world his car is fast, but also that their race program is consistent and can provide results. As Lucas English says: “This car really shows when you are fine tuning a combo over years you can make cars that can go rounds.”
This car is equipped with a Honda B Series engine platform. While lots of people continued the migration to the K Series engine, Myles decided to continue improving and developing his B Series setup. The reason the Gringotegra is special from other Hondas, is the fact that this car has an actual license plate, it’s street driven to get coffee most of the time and also there is no super wide front end, or huge tires. The only “you can tell it’s a racecar” signs are the side skirts, rear wing, and the velocity stack in the front bumper.
Myles has been a Precision Turbo supporter for years, now running our brand new Next Gen 7685 putting down over 1400hp to the four wheels. Winning TX2K is a big thing! Especially if you are an underdog on a field of very mean, epic, and fast stick shift cars. But what makes this class so special? No matter what you bring to the party, having to shift gears always bring unpredictable results. Consistency is key!
