@@kristoffer3000 fwd is better than rwd in terms of like handling
@kristoffer3000 Жыл бұрын
@@that7772 Ah yeah, that's why all F1 cars are fwd, indycars are fwd, Nascar are FWD, rally cars of the past were FWD. Oh wait, no, damn that's crazy... It's pretty simple, you have a limited amount of friction to work with and you don't want to use that for also accelerating the car. This is why FWD cars struggle so much on snow and ice whilst their rear tires are pretty planted, not to mention that accelerating with a fwd car makes the front end lighter, giving you less grip whilst the opposite is true for a rwd car.

And probably decent gas mileage considering the circumstances. Were not in the 90’s anymore lol. I’m not even trying to be rude or hateful, but dude people take cars like this around their respective town just for fun to screw around. There's a very basic reason subarus, and now other awd vehicles have become popular here. It's slippery when wet. It's one thing to be wet, it's another to be wet and in the shade so long that you grow slippery lichen and such, i read somewhere that 75% of north american subarus are sold in the pacific northwest, and i've owned 2, and their gas mileage sucks, but i will not give them up until there's something better. I've never been stuck.. i've never needed studs, or chains. Winter tires on an awd (emphasis on winter tires) are absolutely amazing.

I still say throwing electric wheel Motors on the rear is the best all-wheel drive solution for this car or any car for that matter. There's a 160HP series model that works perfect and its even better when you double them up for full posi traction in a straight line! On north 101 aka somewhere in Mexico, I managed to pull off an NA Frankenstein B18/B16A2 w/2.195 bore at 171 w/GSR transmission and two passes at 205 & 208 mph w/rebuilt RS transmission without the electric motors at the time, just FWD. I imagine the electric motors would've cut launch time and assisted in pushing the RS transmission further but I wouldn't know cause I didn't go back to Mexico to find out lol
