Torv really has no good cards and talents like it doesn't matter btw if you want to frag with him you should run elims reset hp and speed on F I have 2 versions one with Max hp and one with more movement on the f for the fillar cards you just go ammo regen on right click it better than on the f if you are wondering

I've seen this torv multiple times on ranked, he always manages to get ridiculous damage considering hes on torv. Only issue is he will often lock torv, even when first pick lol.
