Torvald and VII both have those gold skin bugs. I don't think either one of them will be fixed until the new tank and map comes out in the last patch of this year 🤷‍♂️

I'd say like 60-70%, but I got a mean Torvald after they gave him that movement speed buff. He can kinda frag now with Eldritch Speed 5 😳😳😳
