The point between impedances Z1 and Z-Z1 with zero voltage, does also exist when the amplifier is not inverting? When it is not inverting there is not change of sign between input and output. Is there a formal demonstration of the existence of the zero volage point? Thanks in advance for your answers.

It would exist if you allow one of the impedances to be negative. Nonetheless, the point here is that since this point changes with frequency in general, one should use the time and transfer constant expression to get the most accurate result.
