Hi there thanks for the interesting listings...do you ever show properties in S Florida..... I'm in Ft Lauderdale but have had no luck finding any properties like you seem to find here in Broward county or W into the everglades. Thx

Such great videos and education for people. So many believe there is no way to buy n affordable home today and that is not true. Now you have to not have blinders on nd truly want affordable housing. We bought a 2 bedroom home on .5 acre with a massive barn in a town where little was available but only paid 134k. And I can tell you if we would of been willing to relocate which we couldn't at the time we could of gotten some tremendous deals out there

Thank you for the video! I notice a lot strange contruction lately...especially in the older homes...like the stairs going to the towel bar and the overlapping roofs🤔
