If a vehicle doesn't have strong bones...it's lipstick on a pig! Congratulations for thinking out of the box, looking at issues that come back to bite you. Have been rving since the 1980's. Built 5 different bus body types...3 for friends, 2 for our use, no slides. Need to make sure the mechanicals. Take a vehicle in a wind tunnel to learn how the body changes. Our 40 foot bus chassis grew almost 1inch in the sun without external skin, just frame. You're on the right track, keep the research up!

Just found this vid. Show hauler better step up or your going to take over the Super-C market. I agree with others on this: Lithium-ion batteries (my personal opinion is Battle Born) should be standard with a minimum 4K converter/inverter with max solar on roof. Love the exterior! “AWESOME” unity and great alternative to the traditional RV builders. If you do allow us to use our own truck, what is the Apprx. price difference when you use our truck and build the RV unit onto it? Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.

It looks like you are after the high-end Class-A market such as Liberty coach but in a Super-C. Well done! I love the heavy-duty doors and seamless slides. It was disappointing to see 25-year old AGM house batteries in a coach of this build quality as lithium is much cheaper per duty cycle than AGM today. If you're building a coach that is going to last 25+ years, why use batteries that need replacing every 3-years? Go Lithium! I look forward to seeing your other videos.
@1492Coachworks2 жыл бұрын
Thanks again for the kind words Duncan! We believe that Lithium batteries are the way of the future but still have it as an option since they are quite costly and some customers just cant justify the cost a this point.
@duncanjames9142 жыл бұрын
@@1492Coachworks My pleasure. For a super-Super-C vehicle designed to last 25+ years, Lithium is the cheaper option unless you plan on swapping your coach every 3-years. AGM will last 3-years for full-timers (300-400 cycles @50% DOD versus Lithium at 3000-5000 cycles @95% DOD and half the weight for 35-50% more upfront cost). If you're spending 1-2m on one of these vehicles, the increased capital cost is like a fart in a windstorm. ;-)
@1492Coachworks2 жыл бұрын
@@duncanjames914 We agree at that price its a no brainer., However we are well under that for a selling price.
