I use the same Mec-gar and the Para on my walther PPQ 45acp and my SAR K2 45acp. I also got the 20 round for range practice. Im looking to buy a 3.10 soon. The 10 roung mag on the 3.10 os good for concealment and keep the 14 in your pocket in case you don't finish the job with 10 45s 😅

I don't get to the range as much as I would like, plus ammo is $$$$. If anyone would like to sponser a few boxes of ammo and range fees, I would love to produce a range report on the 14rders. Aside from that I have only reports from subscribers that they work better than the 13's. I think like any economy 1911 it did benefit from polishing key components to lighten trigger pull and feeding.

Just use the R.I. A1 double stack 14rd mag.... I use one in mine and no mods.... operates with no issues...

This is weird. i bought 2 Meggar 14rd p14 mags. the clip ejects after every round. My BBR 3.10 45 is brand new. Jams every few rounds. 14rd mag wont stay in.. This past weekend. Glock 30SF fired like a champ.. Same ammo.

Would it be possible to 3d print a grip extension that holds to the frame using the pin at the rear of the grip near the mag well? 🤔 that would be awesome because then you could make a flared magwell and not have to 3d print a piece for every magazine

I guess that could work but if you have it made for a specific magazine then other size magazines wont fit. If i have the 14rd collar attached the the mag well then you would not be able to use 13rd or 10rd magazines.

well the 13rd is for the Para P13 and the 14rd is for the Para P14. I am guessing the models are slightly different. But the P14 magazine more correctly matches the position of the magazine latch.

i would really need the gun and the mag to build a model. Measurements could help but to really get it right I would have to test the prototypes on the gun itself and make minor modifications until its right. cant do that without gun in hand.
