Bloodiest game I can remember in such a long time. So many battered, bruised and bloodied bodies after the game. Always a good sign of a classic game. :)

Rugby looks so much cooler than murican football after this. This is just so fast and the catches are really cool and so are the kicks. Esepecially that French try where he jumped in the airand tipped it back. I was like "WOAHHHH!"

romthewarrior Look at their results and their matchs since 4 years: 38% of victory for the french team! So yes,the french team and the french rughy are dying! The last world cup was just a "lucky day" for the french team who played with an old generation of players...(Bonnaire,Mas,Rougerie,Servat,Harinordoquy,etc...). Today,the new generation of french players is not goodl! Look the top 14 for ex! where are the young french players? For the next world cup,the french team will be ridiculous....

The French were terrific this game especially Bastereaud. Honestly thought when they turned the screw on the last scrum that we'd thrown it away. Thankfully not, and Devin Toner with that great choke tackle to turn it into a maul to win the game. Lovely end to BOD's career.
