I have been trying to learn off and on for years, this guy makes it all finally click and come together. You sir are the best programming teacher on KZbin or on the web period!

If you have been trying to learn for YEARS then you obviously haven't been learning from the right sources!! BTW this man is ok as a teacher-but I certainly would NOT classify him as the best-he does in some cases relay good info..

That was great! You have a gift - keep it up. I remember the first time I visited nodejs.org and saw this as the summary: "Node.js® is a JavaScript runtime built on Chrome's V8 JavaScript engine. Node.js uses an event-driven, non-blocking I/O model that makes it lightweight and efficient" - yeah, I'm confused.

In the video at 4:15 try "mkdir ../node2" (or "mkdir .. ode2" on windows) instead. That's less complicated (because you don't have to leave the terminal).

for others trying this at the moment: version 8.1.0 of node has a bug that stops init when you would have to type in the version. kill the window and do this by hand

sometimes there might be problems where installing npm "package" will result to "access denied". adding the sudo command will fix it - - sudo npm install twit --save

Not a bad video-you are very entertaining and your channel has some good info-BUT beginners will have a bit of a tough time with some of your code in some cases where you i notice you quickly fly through code descriptions without referencing documentation

How do you install the Twit npm? I get errors all over the place when doing npm install twit

I seem to be getting a "package-lock" JSON file and LOADS of other modules when I used the npm install command. I checked that I used it exactly as you did and I did. It added twit and 50 other packages for some reason but only added twit to the dependencies. Someone got any idea why this is?

Thanks for the video! Do you use a large projector behind you? Or do you stitch the background computer screen while post processing? Ps: at one point you said you are blocking the view and moved aside. I wonder how could you know that so accurately if not using a projector...

He has a live view of the composited image either on his laptop or on some off-camera screen. Notice how he instantly notices when his cameras go blank.

9:08 "maybe you should go and do something else"... lol. too late... I gotta do this for class... maybe after this class is over I can reevaluate... programming is powerful... but complex. It would take a lot of time to get to a level where I could actually perform to a considerable enough level. Anyway... great videos and random, divergent comments.
