Command rear steer system, most likely manufactured by Tridec. Basically works via a turntable hooked up to the 5th wheel, has a beam running to the turntable that the rear axle is attached. We've been building quite a lot of these recently. Much better than self tracking axles if you need to maneuver and no need to lock it in the straight position when reversing.

It's easier than you'd think, basically as long as your tractor unit lines up straight with the trailer, you'll go in a straight line.

Easier to turn these trailers than those with 3 fixed axles, which tend to have different habits at any minimal variation of road geometry. Those damn things seem to be 2.meters longer if you go too next to the side gutter. This new kind hasn't this problem due to corrected position of the last axle...
