@@BadmintonInsight From India, but 9 years old, play with plastic shuttles, can you give a video on clear shots as they are my only weakness, if I overcome that, I will be invincible as I play with a professional racquet and am expert at smashes and drops, you can say that because I am the best in my area, rest all good, keep up the good work and I say "Go badminton!"

Another way of strecthing your quads, as shown in exercise no. 12 - Is simply to sit on your knees with your feet pointing backwards beneath you, which is also somewhat controllable in terms of the level of tension you can add to the stretch. - I sometimes have to do this for work, and as soon as I get down there, I can feel the latest badminton session calling me 😅. Kind regards

@BadmintonInsight

Thank you so much! We would recommend 2 sets of the movement and shoulder strengthening, and then 1 set of the stretching (increase to 2 in any stretches that are particularly tight)

Newbie question here. Do you do these shoulder exercises on both shoulders or on your racket hand side? Thanks!
@BadmintonInsight

Thanks for your question Nat! Yes it would be good to, however if you don't have much time we would recommend prioritising your racket arm! But in general you don't want to create to much imbalance :)

Where do you get the rubber bands if in another country, please? Does TRM sports deliver to Canada? I have tried to search at TRMESports in fitness and it seem that what fill your description are Urban Fitness Resistance Loops extra Strong 208cm and Urban Fitness resistance loop 12 inches. Am I correct?

Yes, but it will just make it harder for the worker because the resistance increases as they move - rather than it being a consistent level of resistance!
