The game is not balanced very well for solo, especially when it comes to boss fights, which requires dodging, blocking and co ordination attacks. - Party AI is way too dumb to avoid big hits from bosses. There are a lot of big telegraphed attacks in the game with red circles. Guess what? The rest of your squad will stand exactly in the center of that big red circle and let the boss slams them for half their HP. - You can't direct the AIs to focus on a target, or spread out to do what you want. This is extremely frustrating in time trails, when it's literally designed for teams with co-ordination. With co-op, you can focus on switching off the control panel, while telling your friends to spread of and deal with enemies so they wont interrupt you. Can't do that solo. Or a boss with multiple weak points (Doc Oct) that you want to take down at the same time. Can't do that solo either. You can't even select what ability the AI should use as a priority, so sometimes your combination attack isn't really what you wanted because the AI used a random ability. If you're playing solo and you wanted to 3* all trials and blow through story bosses on higher difficulty, you need at least 5+ levels above than the requirement level, so the team strength can make up for the stupid uncoordinated AIs. They either need to make solo play easier, or put in some basic command for AIs like "Be aggressive/defensive/protective." so you have control over your squad solo.

I just got the game today and everytime I select new team mates it just goes back to the guardians when I hit the back button and google wont tell me what im doing wrong. so when I hold down the back shoulder button instead of the front to do a special, and I can do synergy attacks that way, is it the same thing when you see those bars connecting between the characters portraits and prompts for button presses? I never really see those, but I use the back shoulder buttons to do specials for multiple characters at once. I'm wondering if I'm just doing the same thing, or if I'm totally missing something. There are loads of tips videos, but I can't really see anyone actually explaining how these mechanics work.

To be fair - reading these comments made me think the tip was literally “did you know you can block” a reminder to block and dodge isn’t necessarily *bad* to remind non-gamers (my fiancé needed some reminding about this too during some of the hectic boss fights) but I do agree that that’s not a really “it doesn’t tell you that” tip.

My team will probs be iron Fist, Moon Knight, Spider-man and probably Black Widow. TBH I am going to Focus on 3 and keep one space open to rotate to level others, that way I have 3 powerhouses. Most likely will pick Strong characters for this though or ones with Regen like Deadpool and Wolverine. With there being so many characters, it will be tough to work out who is best to use as my work horse charctewrs, but really tanky, and or regen'ers will be the way forward. So probably taking Hulk, Wolverine and Deadpool or something like that would be decent.

That could of been something the game could of explained a bit more or how about one of the biggest things that was skipped in the vid...the Alliance Enhancement Skill Tree. Solution: play on friendly mode first, level up and then complete mighty. I personally jumped in on mighty and turned it over. Superior is just tons of fun. Level up!
