Funny how this happens; if she find things she loves, they are In style. Girls get a subscription to Vogue., instead of letting Shea tell you what to wear and what not to wear. The hand knit cardigan is so beautiful! Me and my husband were just talking about this. I'm old enough to remember when the internet first came out, but there's a whole generation who don't know what it's like not to have it. There's a push back against all this "plugged in" digital crap. Finding a natural way of living is becoming more popular and I love it! I knit our little boy a sweater for the first time and since then I've been trying to find more and more ways to get that same sense of accomplishment. I think in the coming future we're going to see more boundaries and social limits set with electronics as well as an emphasis on natural/old fashioned ways of living.

I love the “what’s in” videos. To me, they’re kind of like the evening news, without real drama. The information can be used to entertain yourself while shopping, or while people watching. I just returned a pair of shoes because they were elongated. I didn’t know that was a new style. Thanks to Shea, I can be “in the know.”

I had a barn jacket many years ago. I loved it back then. And I need to find one like it now. I’m glad to see that camo is back. I have a pair of sweatpants that I never stopped wearing. Now they are in style again. I’m not sure about the cuffed jeans. I like them, but I’m not sure I would like them on me. The hand knitted sweater is beautiful. I loved the buttons.

I remember when barn coats were the trend back in high school, say 1994 ish. Everyone had one from Eddie Bauer and they were either forest green, burgundy, navy or dark brown with a leather brown collar and had like a flannel plaid lining. I regret decluttering 😢

The sweater from grandma was absolutely beautiful. That's easily a $250 sweater. The color, buttons, and especially the pattern are gorgeous. I remember stone washed, cuffed jeans, pastel shirts, slouched socks, and Nike's. Now it's cuffed, although differently, dark jeans, with a dark sweater, and New Balance. It always comes back around. I hope frayed bottom edge jeans do not come back around.

Abercrombie is easy to wear if you're built like an adolescent. The same goes for skinny jeans. Barrel jeans were so much fun for those of us with a booty. If you're only 5'2", a vast cuff makes your legs look extra short. It's like you're advising people who only look like or aspire to look like you.
