Cuba thanks for sharing. I from a time you went to the parts store bought a headlight and changed it in ten minutes in the driveway and went on with life. I’ve worked on 40 million dollar military aircraft and a bulb is a bulb. Let’s be real. That’s insane and oh the best is yet to come !!!!!!! Cuba stay safe and well. And I will follow and support you 🇺🇸💕

I was thinking the same thing. Over engineering & over complicating a once so simple & more robust design. Lol. Thanks so much for the kind words Artie! Cheers my friend! 🥰😊❤🇺🇸

Hi Cuba. Still like the old days when you had a switch, relay and headlights. No wonder the cost for parts are crazy because of technology involved. Remember years back had truck with no headlights, ordered switch installed lights didn’t works still. Like a dummy had two burnt head lights. Always seem to think of the worse possible cause. I was green behind the years than. Good fix Cuba. It’s only - 40 f with windchill here. Stay safe. 🇨🇦

Ahhh the good old days! Yes.. there was a time when engineering was a great thing in some cases... like the carb to fuel injection, but now it's to the point of installing rat's nest after rat's nest of wiring & harnesses. A failed door module or hvac module can keep a vehicle from even starting. Lol... You and the replacing of the whole switch... yeah, what are the chances both bulbs would be blown?? Lol. I've never made those impulsive calls. 😅😬🤣😏

Wow BMW parts are so expensive, that definetly puts unnecessary stress on the diag being correct. Not that I doubted your diagnosis, great video. Cheers Matt 👍

Oh yes! The stress and how thorough I was trying to be was a bit unnerving, especially due to the fact I'm so unfamiliar with most German vehicles. 😅 I appreciate the comment mechanic Matt! Cheers my friend! 😊

Thanks for the walkthrough. Did you code the TMS module before installing it? Or was plug and play?
@CubasAutomotive Жыл бұрын
No coding necessary, just the handshake after the install basically, contrary to what some of my colleagues told me.

A new car model a little bit electronic complicated. So, it need a programming after install a new one. That thing need a clever eng. to do it. Best wishes
